We are an independent guide, not an airport operator. For lost property, baggage claims or a specific flight, contact your airline or the airport directly: Airports of Thailand (AoT) for Bangkok, Phuket and the main hubs, the Department of Airports for Krabi, and Bangkok Airways for Koh Samui.

Partner bookings

For an issue with a car rental booked through our partner Localrent, contact their customer service through the confirmation voucher you received at booking. We cannot access or change partner reservations on your behalf.

Official airport information

For official schedules, security rules and services, always use the airport operators directly. Airports of Thailand runs Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang and Phuket; the Department of Airports runs Krabi; Bangkok Airways operates Samui; and U-Tapao is developed under the Eastern Economic Corridor.
